Exam During Ramadhan?
That could be the worst scenario for most people because of few points
1. 1. Fasting, WE NEED ATP TO FUNCTION OUR BRAIN TO DIGEST ALL THOSE BLA BLA
KNOWLEDGE
2. 2. Ramadhan is supposed to be
filled with spiritual activities, the most precious time to muster pahala in
return all sins we’ve done in our life :’
At first,
I was sceptical about exam in Ramadhan, I have an examination from the 1st
Ramadhan until 21st Ramadhan. Its not really the first time we have
an examination during Ramadhan, but , since we are in Form 4, this is the first
exam that gives off the picture for the real SPM *ugly crying
So anyway, here are some tips (?) on how to cope with exam during Ramadhan!
I believe myriad of us will cram a day before exam rather than doing revision earlier right?
The same goes to me T.T
School period got shorten during Ramadhan so school usually ended on like 12.30 p.m
So we got adequate time to
take a bath, pray, eat oops
>.< Take the golden time to do revision because alwaktu ka assaifu in lam
takta’hu qata’aka (Arabic idiom hehe)
But still, we got the
imbecile side in our self that inclined us to PROCRASTINATE!
I always malas2 dulu, berangan, sleep, bla bla and bla bla. My studying mood always emerged on 6-7pm so that’s the time I start tostudy cram! Well,
better than not studying at all right? *smirk
Syaitan takde pun still malas kan haih ~
I always malas2 dulu, berangan, sleep, bla bla and bla bla. My studying mood always emerged on 6-7pm so that’s the time I start to
And then, one of the bless
Allah rewards us during Ramadhan, IFTAR TIME! Shove food into our mouth and
drink LOOOOOTA water and savour the dessert until your perut get kembung
mengalahkan ikan buntal heh
So what I want to point out here is that, PLEASE PLEASE and PLEASE don’t over-eat! We often feel sleepy after eating, which means we wouldn’t get to continue studying after iftar or solat tarawikh. We would feel really sleepy and couldn’t muster energy to even stand up.
Remember, Rasulullah SAW told muslim to stop eating before you are full, and that’s also one of Tun M’s long healthy age secret :’ *wink
Studying after iftar? What
I mean is not really after iftar, because it is Ramadhan and we should do
tarawikh right? Don’t use ‘exam’ as an excuse for you to not solat tarawikh as
tarawikh is a special sunnah, only in Ramadhan, and we’ll get abundant reward
from doing tarawikh, tarannum, others! Remember , our pahala are doubled in
Ramadhan, treat Ramadhan as if It is your last because we’ll never know our
tomorrow ^_^ It would just be sia-sia if you prioritize dunya more than
akhirah,
Allah ‘s bless is everything
You could continue studying
after tarawikh (if you are lucky enough that imam didn’t recite long surah :’)
) But I usually could survive like 5 minutes studying after tarawikh because I
feel tired and malas and unproductive and sleepy (but still could stay up late
reading comics heh)
In the subuh, I wake up on
4.00 am or more for last minute study, eat for sahur on 5.00 am until 5.30 am. And
then do other stuffs and blab la and then try to do a quick revision while
waiting for my bus to come.
So that’s how I ‘cope’ with exam during fasting!

From your preferences, is exam during Ramadhan is a bless or nah? This really could divides opinion of students. I would say bless and nah (Im neutral lol)
It's a bless! – You wouldn’t waste
time to eat, quite productive (because if it is not exam season I would surely
just sleep or procrastinate #teruknye)
Nah – fasting, tired no ATP (but hey Muslim Soldier could win Badr war despite fasting and qiamullail all day long, aih #kidsjamannow#somuchfuss) , you would be torn between studying or tarawikh :/ (tarawikh is MOREEEEEEEEE IMPORTANT, don’t waste Ramadhan)
But I hope next Ramadhan is not exam season because I want to focus more in spiritual activities for rohani <3 (actually kena do this all time not only on Ramadhan >.<) My few classmates prioritize ibadah more that they actually read Al-Quran rather than studying and managed to khatam a few time this month, Allah Yarhamkum :) ) #goodmodel #contohimereka #jadilahsepertimereka
Actually exam during Ramadhan
could be just okay for you if you could divide your time wisely
And plus, time will surely
pass really fast ka al burqu fi assur’ah (balaghah heheh) because everyday you
just think about exam and then pejam celik pejam celik dah nak raya yeyyyyy!
Thanks for reading my messy and meleret blog post >.< I am
just killing time whilst waiting for my flight to Jakarta!
